Unless otherwise specified, all materials appearing on this site, including the text, site design, logos, graphics, icons, and images, as well as the selection, assembly and arrangement thereof, are the sole property of TWIGGY VINYL WALL ART. You may use the content of this site only for the purpose of shopping on this site or placing an order on this site and for no other purpose. No materials from this site may be copied, reproduced, modified, republished, uploaded, posted, transmitted, or distributed in any form or by any means without our prior written permission.

Credit Cards

We accept the following credit cards: Visa and MasterCard. There is no surcharge for using your credit card to make purchases. Please be sure to provide your exact billing address and telephone number (i.e. the address and phone number your credit card bank has on file for you). Incorrect information will cause a delay in processing your order. Your credit card will be billed immediately upon order confirmation

Damage Liability

We only use interior safe vinyl produced by Oracal or other reputable manufacturers. We do not manufacture the vinyl. We only do the designing, cutting, and preparation of art for our customers. There is the rare case that, when removed, the vinyl damages, peels, leaves residue, or some way affects your wall appearance. TWIGGY VINYL WALL ART assumes no liability for damage or defect to any form of surface including but not limited to: glass, wood, metal, plastic, stone, cement, paint, or flooring. You must contact Oracal www.Oracal.com to settle any claims disputes.

Multiple Product Orders

For a multiple product orders we will ship all products together. All orders are made to order so we rarely run out of stock. In the case your order includes an item we are out of stock then we will delay shipment until that item is restocked. This normally takes no more than 5 business days in addition to standard order processing times.

Order Acceptance Policy

Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. TWIGGY VINYL WALL ART reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason or to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item.

Order Processing & Shipping Policy

Processing- Orders are processed in the order we receive them. Please allow up to 10 business days for production. Shipping- orders to local ares areas are shipped with our preferred courier. Orders to outlying areas may result in an additional cost. Orders are not processed or shipped on Saturday or Sunday, except by prior arrangement. We cannot guarantee when an order will arrive on an exact date. Consider any shipping or transit time offered to you by TWIGGY VINYL WALL ART or other parties only as an estimate. We encourage you to order in a timely fashion to avoid delays caused by shipping or product availability. Refunds will not be given based on unsatisfactory shipping time. Absolutely no exceptions.


We keep your personal information private and secure. When you make a purchase from our site, you provide your name, email address, credit card information, address and phone number. We use this information to process your orders, to keep you updated on your orders and to personalize your shopping experience.

To keep you informed about our latest offers, we may notify you of current promotions, specials and new additions to the TWIGGY site. You may unsubscribe from our newsletters by following the unsubscribe instructions in any email you receive from us.

When entering any of our contests or prize drawings, you provide your name, email address and mailing address. If you win, we will send the prize to the address entered and notify you by email. When you enter a contest or drawing you are also included in our newsletter list to receive notice of promotions, specials and new additions to the TWIGGY site. You may unsubscribe from this news list by following the unsubscribe instructions in any email received.

Product Liability

Our vinyl wall decals stick to most smooth, clean and flat surfaces including painted drywall, glass, and mirror. We cannot guarantee that our decals will stick to surfaces that are highly textured or painted with certain water based (porous) paints and/or matte finishes. User discretion is advised.

Damaged Products

In the event that the customer damages a portion of their decal during installation, we will replace the damaged portion free of charge and the customer will be responsible for a R50.00 shipping fee. In the case that the customer damages the entire wall decal then please contact us. Discounted replacements can be authorized at our discretion.

Typographical Errors

In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or error in pricing information received from our suppliers, Our Store shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for products listed at the incorrect price. Our Store shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged.

Refund/Cancellation Policy

Refunds will not be given based on unsatisfactory shipping time. Refunds will not be given If a product is damaged or lost in transit, however, we will gladly replace the product. Once payment is received for an order the vinyl is produced to the customers specifications and refunds will not be given for cancelled orders.

Orders placed after 14 December will only be processed when we re-open on 3rd January 2017.
