Our Vinyl wall stickers are cut from interior safe vinyl, produced by reputable manufacturers. Once applied they appear as though painted on the wall or surface.

These vinyl wall decals stick to most smooth, clean, and flat surfaces including painted drywall, glass, and mirror. We cannot guarantee that our decals will stick to surfaces that are highly textured or painted with certain water based (porous) paints and/or matte finishes. User discretion is advised.

1. Make sure your wall is smooth, clean & dry. Don’t attempt to apply the vinyl during rainy or humid conditions.

2. Where necessary, cut to separate the elements. Measure out and mark the desired positioning on your wall.

3. Slowly remove the wax paper backing, ensure the vinyl sticks to the application tape.

If applying to glass: Spray the glass and the sticky side of the vinyl with water and a drop of dish soap. So you can adjust the position and remove any air bubbles.

4. Line up the vinyl to your markings and bond the vinyl to the wall by smoothing it over with an applicator or card firmly from the middle outwards.

If applying to glass: Allow a few days to dry.

5. Once you’re happy that you’ve pressed the vinyl down sufficiently, slowly peel the application tape away parallel to the wall, making sure the vinyl sticks to the wall.

And Ta-duh!

TLC: If you’re having any difficulty getting the vinyl to stick to the wall, use a hairdryer on a medium setting to warm the vinyl while the tape is still on, rub over it again with the applicator, leave for a few minutes and then try again to remove the application tape.

What are our wall stickers / decals made of?

Our wall art is cut from premium quality, matte (black and white) or gloss (grey) finish, self-adhesive, removable vinyl. It has no unsightly clear border and will appear to be painted on the wall after application.

Will the wall decal stick to my wall?

Your surface needs to be smooth, clean, and dry for the vinyl to stick. You need to allow 4 weeks for paint to cure before applying vinyls to a wall. Don’t attempt to apply the vinyl in humid conditions. Our vinyls will also stick to glass, ceramic, tile, plastic, and wood. Vinyl wall art will not stick to brick, stone, or any rough textured surface including suede paint and some paint techniques.

Can I reuse the wall decal?

Vinyls with a bigger surface area can easily be removed and re-used, however the thinner designs, and lettering are much harder to reuse as they will stretch when you remove them, and you will probably struggle to position the lettering in a straight line again.

Do I have to put each letter on individually?

Absolutely not, that would take forever! All designs come pre-spaced with application tape and only takes a couple minutes to apply.

How long will the wall vinyls last?

Our vinyls will last until they are removed.

Can I remove the wall vinyls & how do I remove it?

Yes! Just pick and peel it off.

Will the wall vinyl damage my wall?

If applied correctly, the vinyl won’t damage your wall at all.

I followed the app instructions but it’s not sticking to the wall.

Try heating the vinyl with a hair dryer while rubbing over the tape. If you have already removed the tape, heat the vinyl while PRESSING it down with a dry dishtowel wrapped around your thumb – once the tape is off DO NOT RUB.

Delivery policy

Subject to availability and receipt of payment, requests will be processed within 3 days and delivery confirmed by way an email order and delivery method and associated costs.

Multiple Product Orders

For multiple product orders, we will ship all products together. We rarely run out of stock as products are made to order. If your order includes an item that is out of stock then we will delay shipment until that item is restocked. This normally takes no more than 5 business days in addition to standard order processing times.

Order Acceptance Policy

Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. TWIGGY VINYL WALL ART reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason or to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item.

Order Processing & Shipping Policy

Processing- Orders are processed in the order we receive them. Please allow up to 10 business days for production of prints and 15 working days for vinyls. Shipping- orders to local areas are shipped with our preferred courier. Orders to outlying areas may result in an additional cost. Orders are not processed or shipped on Saturday or Sunday, except by prior arrangement. We cannot guarantee when an order will arrive on an exact date. Consider any shipping or transit time offered to you by TWIGGY DECOR or other parties only as an estimate. We encourage you to order in a timely fashion to avoid delays caused by shipping or product availability. Refunds will not be given based on unsatisfactory shipping time. Absolutely no exceptions.

Damage Liability

We only use interior safe vinyl produced by reputable manufacturers. The vinyl is not manufactured by us. We only do the designing, cutting, and preparation of art for our customers. There is the rare case that, when removed, the vinyl damages, peels, leaves residue, or some way affects your wall appearance. TWIGGY VINYL WALL ART assumes no liability for damage or defect to any form of surface including but not limited to: glass, wood, metal, plastic, stone, cement, paint, or flooring.

Privacy

We keep your personal information private and secure. When you make a purchase from our site, you provide your name, email address, credit card information, address, and phone number. We use this information to process your orders, to keep you updated on your orders and to personalize your shopping experience. To keep you informed about our latest offers, we may notify you of current promotions, specials, and new additions to the TWIGGY site. You may unsubscribe from our newsletters by following the unsubscribe instructions in any email you receive from us. When entering any of our contests or prize drawings, you provide your name, email address and mailing address. If you win, we will send the prize to the address entered and notify you by email. When you enter a contest or drawing you are also included in our newsletter list to receive notice of promotions, specials, and new additions to the TWIGGY site. Product Liability

Damaged Products

If the customer damages a portion of their decal during installation, we will replace the damaged portion free of charge and the customer will be responsible for a R50.00 shipping fee. In the case that the customer damages the entire wall decal then please contact us. Discounted replacements can be authorized at our discretion.

Typographical Errors

In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or error in pricing information received from our suppliers, Our Store shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for products listed at the incorrect price. Our Store shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged or not.

Refund/Cancellation Policy

Refunds will not be given based on unsatisfactory shipping time. Refunds will not be given If a product is damaged or lost in transit, however, we will gladly replace the product. Once payment is received for an order the vinyl is produced to the customers specifications and refunds will not be given for cancelled orders.

Customer Privacy policy

Twiggy Decor shall take all reasonable steps to protect the personal information of users. For the purpose of this clause, “personal information” shall be defined as detailed in the Promotion of Access to Information Act 2 of 2000 (PAIA). Card acquiring and security

Card transactions will be acquired for Twiggy Decor via PayGate (Pty) Ltd who are the approved payment gateway for all South African Acquiring Banks. PayGate uses the strictest form of encryption, namely Secure Socket Layer 3 (SSL3) and no Card details are stored on the website. Users may go to www.paygate.co.za to view their security certificate and security policy.

Credit Cards

We accept the following credit cards: Visa and MasterCard. There is no surcharge for using your credit card to make purchases. Please be sure to provide your exact billing address and telephone number (i.e., the address and phone number your credit card bank has on file for you). Incorrect information will cause a delay in processing your order. Upon order confirmation your credit card will be billed immediately.

Customer details separate from card details

Twigggy Decor stores customer details not card details. As the clients card details are entered on PayGate’s secure site. For more detail on PayGate refer towww.paygate.co.za.

Merchant Outlet country and transaction currency

The merchant outlet country at the time of presenting payment options to the cardholder is South Africa. Transaction currency is South African Rand (ZAR).

Responsibility

Twiggy Decor takes responsibility for all aspects relating to the transaction including sale of goods and services sold on this website, customer service and support, dispute resolution and delivery of goods.

Country of domicile

This website is governed by the laws of South Africa and Twiggy Decor its domicilium citandi et executandi for all purposes under this agreement, whether in respect of court process, notice, or other documents or communication of whatsoever nature.

Variation

Twiggy Decor may, in its sole discretion, change this agreement or any part thereof at any time without notice.
